    This tv mount is great. The product arrived on time, but the installer didn’t. I had to wait two weeks before I could get installation, and when the date got here I got a text saying they were sorry but had to reschedule again. I was rescheduled three times. I finally had someone else come install it for me. I canceled the installation and they called two more times saying they were on the way two weeks later. I was told I would be compensated, but have received nothing yet. They obviously have a communication problem. I don’t think their service is worth it.

    The bracket should not have any holes for installing on the wall, near the hardware where it flexes, as they rub together, resulting in having to remove, and start over.
