    I bought two of these. Worked fine an older 48” TV. Unfortunately despite listing VESA 600x400 compatibility it doesn’t work with the 85” Samsung Crystal UHD CU7000D - I tried every combination of screws with and without spacers and/or washers.

    I was very disappointed.. I have been a Best Buy customer for a very long time. I’m building a house and realized it wasn’t going to work and I was out of 30 day return. Wouldn’t credit me. Never opened. No refund or credit.. Best Buy lost a very good customer. Never shop there again..
