Fortunately, the old wall mount was still there and worked fine. We had an LG TV and bought a new LG TV. Best Buy is great with returning items we don't need, so this was returned to the store for a refund!

I had the kit almost ready to mount and the screws provided didn’t work, I had to go to Home Depot to get longer screws in order to use the kit for my Samsung Q80C 50 Inch TV.

It didn’t come with the parts that attach to the Television. I went two blocks up the road to Ace Hardware and paid $5 less for a better product.

I purchased the Samsung - 70” Class TU6985 4K Crystal UHD Smart Tizen TV from BestBuy. The included screws were either too long or too short. I had to cut the spacers to make it work.

But this one didn't work as it came - the short screws were too short, the long ones were too long. We had to make a hardware store trip to make it work.

This says that it works for most 37-90" TVs...well it didn't work for the 43" Samsung TU690T that I got until I modified it. The holes for the metal piece that screws into the TV don't line up with this model. Not sure how or why Best Buy wouldn't design it to fit all Samsung TVs (probably the most common TV in today's market.) I had to take the two metal pieces to my drill press to MAKE holes that would properly line up. I then got the bracket attached to the wall, but the bolts just spun in the cheap and crappy anchors that they provide, so it didn't sit properly. Had I left the TV on there, I have no doubt that the TV would have fallen off the wall. I do not recommend this terrible mount. Spend a bit more money and get a name brand.
