I will have to return it.

Missing hardware

Best Buy will NOT replace the missing hardware and I’m not interested in waiting 3 weeks on a replacement. Don’t make the same mistake as I, spend a couple more dollars and buy different ones.

The mountain does not give you the appropriate hardware to fit a Samsung TV which is probably one of the most popular TVs available. The designer of this mount should be ashamedashamed of themselves.

Poor delivery

Best buy delivery left it in the middle of the walkway in plain sight of the street when either side of the door would have been hidden. When I called Customer Service they will not refund or replace.

The screws that did "fit" loosely were too wide to fit in the bracket holes. Will have to return this item and probably purchase a more expensive one...

Seems like this would be a pretty standard TV to have screws for. Not sure what TVs this works for but not Samsung apparently.
