(No needed tilt side to side or out and in) had this up in 15 minutes, including unboxing. Just find your studs and lag bolt it on. Very sturdy, no problem supporting a 60 lb tv. Can’t beat the price, good quality.

I have few of this tv wall mounts in my house and they are sturdy and do the job they were intended to do.
