Easy to install, came with a small level even, easy to remove the tv, fits fairly flush but with enough depth to get cables on a modern screen.

Easy to put together. Took me only 10-15mins. It works for what it is. Does not move at all, so its hard to connect cables once wall mounted.I taped the silly release strings to the back of my tv so they dont dangle.
