I installed it by myself even though the instructions recommend 2 people. It holds my 55" tv nicely, but leaves you no room to make connections. You will probably have to do that before you hang the television. Still, it got the job done!

Very solid mount and enough screws provided for different TV models. Used it on a 65” Samsung .

Bought it for an older 42" plasma with a weird 500x400 VESA. Worked perfectly. Extremely low profile to the wall so I would recommend a recessed electrical box or maybe installing the spacers to gain some clearance if your TV doesn't have 90 degree plugs.
