But works only if you never want access to the rear of your television. Flush mount to your. Better served for corporate and/or business entities, not highly recommended for residential use.

I can move the TV left and right (maybe a bit to easy). The only downside with my installation is that the TV is CLOSE to the wall making cable management (especially close fitting HDMI challenging).
