    The mount itself works just fine. Sturdy. Plenty of mounting bolts for different TV configurations. The instructions could be more complete...it took extra effort to figure out a couple of the steps. The biggest complaint is with the mini-level included with the mount. DO NOT USE IT. Use a separate level. The product level is so tiny that despite placing the bubble in the middle of the view window, the mount ended up non-level by 1/4".

    This would have worked, but my mounting location prevented the dual stud method, so I had to return this and get a single stud mount. Easy return to BB.

    If you don't want your TV hanging to far off the wall or swinging around on an arm, this is the way to go. Basic and strong. No worries that it would ever fail.
