    Bought tv, they were to deliver and hang tv. Day of delivery i hadnt heard from anyone. So i download the best buy app to find a message saying they need to reschedule because of where i live and they will need two men for the job. Thay knew where i live and know its a large tv and will need teo people. Best they could do is deliver it in two days but will have to reschedule for the hanging of the tv. I know i will never buy another thing from best buy and as soon as i pay off tv on the best buy card i will be cancelling my account with them. Terrible service noone could tell me exactly why someone cancelled the delivery so glad they didnt call me to let me know anything. So un happy with best best i have nothing good to say about this store. Not the first time ive gotten terrible service from this store. Gi elsewhere if possible.
