The issue I had was the washers supplied were slightly too small. I had to run to home improvement store to purchase washers that were big enough for the bolt to fit thru.

The bracket came with many parts so it was unfortunate we had to buy additional parts. The bracket is sturdy and looks good.

To match the holes, the bracket was above the TV. Also, the bolts included were either too long or two short. Bought a Rocketfish instead. Paid more. But, got a better quality bracket and installed with the correct bolts.

The installation also seemed a little cumbersome. We returned this and bought "Best Buy essentials™ - Full Motion TV Wall Mount for Most 19–50" TVs - Black" and it was a MUCH better mount, easier install, plus it's full motion and only $10 more
