I cancelled my appt and they refuse to refund my money because the Geek Squad claim my appt has not yet been cancelled by the tech. I have called 3x and they still refuse to refund my money. Would not recommend Geek Squad to anyone and will not be renewing my contract.

(1) Needed to use the large diameter bolts to mount the rails to the TV. Slots at bottom not wide enough to accommodate large diameter bolts. Had to drill and file burrs to make it work. (2) Supplied lengths of large bolts either too short or too long. Spacers provided too long. Had to improvise with stacked washers and long bolts. Not acceptable when the TVs (Samsung 690) were purchased at the same time as these mounts.

I tried to return the other 2 and get something different, they would not take them back (past 15 days) was willing to take store credit, but they were very resigned. I left them there and left. When I got home my husband said he was a member and could get them credited, but I will never shop there again, cut my card

Best Buy is going downhill

Most importantly the mount screws were gone. Best Buy only gave me the option to drive someone to resolve it even though it was a delivery. Totally pointless. Going to return the entire order.

Very disappointed with the customer support. Delivery took way too long and when trying to contact someone from the Best Buy app they will take you to an Indian call center that wont help and do anything to help you with the issue. There is no way to fix problems of this kind and you find yourself in a non fixable problem only to wait until they delivery eventually with no timeframe.

I've have other wall mounted TVs and have never had this problem. I think I should've purchased a more expensive mount.
