Good thing Best Buy had its Essentials House Brand that offered this decent full motion mount at a much lower price than the other "branded" ones. What's important is that it works, and so far works pretty well after almost a year.

I've loosed the tension and still very stiff and hard to move in and out almost impossible Is it only made to be adjusted and moved in and out without the TV on?

Easy to use, great mount!

I have one on a 65'', 55'', and 45'' each was just as easy to set up. Template inside with guides for stud location. Definitely get a stud finder if you don't have one it will make things easier as some construction companies don't adhere to the standard 16'' stud. Lots of spacing options for differens size and shape tvs.

Bolts securely to wall with included parts. I particulary like because our 65" Sony Bravia is heavier than many comparable models

Perfect for most TV's.

First of all its it is made of solid metal with nice bushings to allow for motion. It is very solid and I don't see any way it could fall off, unless improperly used or mounted. The only thing that could be improved would be the mounting hardware for the wall. They should use a better quality fastener. I opted to use my own fasteners to slove this minor issue. I recommend this unit highly.
