    This full motion is well built. However its a little on the bulky side. My tv sit roughly 3.5" away from the wall when fully retracted. Another issue i had was that after installing even though the bracket on the wall was perfectly level, when I hung the tv and extended the arms it was pretty crooked. It took some frustrating tinkering to get it right especially since the manual isnt very helpful but i did manage to get it corrected. Still for this price i really have no complaints

    The sales person I worked with was excellent. He was friendly as well as extremely helpful. He explained the differences in the items I was looking at which made my decision easy. He continued to go above and beyond by carrying the item to my car because I am disabled.
