My wife and I had zero issues! It feels like a sturdy mount as long as you follow the instructions by mounting into wall studs. Great purchase from Best Buy .. Thanks!

I bought the other one and returned this one so I didn't get a chance to see how it works.

For the price, this is the mount to use. It is sturdy and significantly cheaper than the other mount that we initially purchased and it did not feel as though it was any less quality.
