    Haven't set it up yet because it is so heavy that I need help. I wasn't excepting it to be so heavy and of decent quality for the price.

    Was ok to install.. and we are senior citizens.. probably took longest to read directions :) Works well but it’s hard to turn right or left. I’m thinking the 65 inch tv is too big! Maybe a 50 inch would be easier to turn. All in all it’s great having the tv on the wall!

    Heavy duty tv wall mount and get the job done , I really like the swivel and tilt function. This tv mount is for out door concrete wall because of the sixteenth inch center hole mount on the brackets

    This is a wonderful tv mount for the price. Only problem is, it doesn't state that the mount comes with lag screws (hex) instead of phillips head screw. (the + sign on the screw instead of the hexagon type indentation) so i had to drive back out to Lowes and get the adapter for my drill since i didn't have the hex lag screw and nor did the stores. Good overall. 3 star because of rude customer service and having to do extra work instead of making life easier for us consumers and stating on the box what type of screws it will come with.

    Hung our 70" tv on the wall. It works great. It sags a little when the tv is fully extended, but nothing concerning. Easy to install.

    Fraction of the cost Compared to the other brands and does the same job. Only thing about this product it was not available on the sales floor we had to ask them if they had this and said theirs no room on the sales floor so they had to go to the back to get one. Mind you the ones in the sales floor are $$$ I was about to buy a way more expensive one until I checked there app and found there were others available. Again had to ask an employee
