I am pleased with mount and ease of adjustment. No tools required. The mount was installed by Best Buy Total Tech. I am totally pleased with TV mount and installation!

One problem: the way it holds the mount bracket to the tv and keeps it from sliding out is not that secure; the tv bracket can still slide.
