    Use this in our bedroom & all connection points are still holding strong. Would not say it's suffered much abuse, but we have moved it quite a bit & it's taken the beating with ease. Would recommend the BestBuy brand as much as any other brand name mount.

    It gets the job done at a reasonable price. My biggest complaint is that I'm not able to lock in the rotation/level of the mount. After I pull the TV out to watch from another part of the room, it winds up not level when I push it back to be flat with the wall. I was told by my Best Buy installer that this is a known problem with this wall mount. Otherwise, it works well, offering an easy way to view the television from different parts of the room.

    Not satisfied with this. Its too stiff and theres a tilt that make the tv be unbalanced. If you want a full motion tv mount go for the expensive brand it will be worth it. If you dont wanna spend alot just go for the regular mount. Over all im not satisfied. Im going to try and return it

    It's a heavier mount, but very easy to install. Full motion is always nice. If you don't mind it being a little more "beefy" it's an awesome bang for your buck.

    Very sturdy with great articulation. I wish I had the TV that was supposed to be on here that I also ordered from Best Buy but after two months they have not installed it. I have spent Nearly 5 hours on the phone and online trying to get this resolved to no avail.

    I had a 55 on there but put a 75 now and it's holding up well. I was slightly worried about the bigger tv going up at first. I wouldn't go any larger unless it's substantially lighter than the Samsung q80
