You can easily lock one side in place, but it’s really easy to miss the other side, and aligning it takes some finesse. I was working with a nearly 60" screen, and I can honestly say: This is not a one-person job. Unless you enjoy struggling and risking a cracked screen, get someone to help when you’re mounting the TV itself.

Awful and Customer Service was Awful

We got this mount in May for our new 75” Samsung and Geek Squad installed it. When it was installed, I asked why it was tilted and they adjusted and assured me it was just them not eyeing it correctly. This was after the first TV we bought, got broken and transit to our home and they did not place the correct geek squad order to hide the cords in the wall, and then after the fact that there was nothing they could do about it, and then thanked us for being Best Buy members. (Also a mistake.) Tried to return it 5 days too late and now we’re out the money for a new one and for it to be installed. DO NOT BUY THIS MOUNT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
