Cheap bolts stripped out easily. The only way to lock the tv in from sliding around is a thin bolt, way too long, on a thin bracket that bends with any pressure . I can seriously bend it by hand. Best buy should be ashamed that their name is on this.

The “full range of motion” means the TV will tilt on its own whether you like it or not. I put WD40 on it to try and make it a little bit less stiff so I don’t have to put so much pressure on my TV screen when I want to move it and it’s still a mess. I figured I’d get fingerprints on the tv when I switched from a TV to a mount with this product and if I hadn’t already drilled the holes in my wall I’d go back in a second. Now I’m just going to be stuck with a droopy, possibly even soon broken TV on this shoddy mount. Horrible.

If you have the money to splurge on a $300 mount or have to fit your TV in a tight nook, definitely get the Sanus and save your time. I missed the return policy for this one and donated it to a home re-store.
