||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The parts didn't hold properly we didn't have what we needed to actually angry it to the wall and I'm just disappointed with Best buy all around cuz we pulled one of our TVs at 55 in out of the box and it was cracked and then I tried to return it within the for like the time limit I go to the store they totally ignored me they wouldn't acknowledge me when I told him what I was there for they said I'll be right back and never came back super mad super disappointed plays like this was for my new home for my kids room and I'm just Best buy sucks I would never shop there I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there and they didn't show up to install the mounts like they were supposed to in the first place horrible store horrible place they need to just shut it down

Drywall anchors should be included in this package; the mount by itself is already pulling out of my wall. I can’t hang the TV, much less take advantage of the full swivel, till I get some anchors. For a mount this expensive and heavy, there’s no excuse for those items not to be included. I recommend the mount with the caveat that you might have to supply your own special screws.
