Stands up, but not perfectly level and it seems to most people that good enough is as good as it gets. You get what you pay for!

Absolute garbage. Wall Mount is complete level at the wall, and the TV is severely unlevel. Then best buy "crashed after i write this poor review the first time so now I'm irritated and leaving an even worse review. This junk is better served in the garbage can. Didn't waste your money or your time. Third pic is back of TV.

Too heavy to hang a tv, to open the bracket is really hard

I like that my 55 inch fits good on it, what I don’t like is that the motion is limited.

This tv mount is works n all but it is way to hard to move the the not to mention that it slide every time i try to move it

They gave me a used one for a new one I made a call to customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do.

Missing parts - hardware, screws& bolts and instructions

Had a carpenter professionally install in February '23; 5 months later the bracket bent, bolts ripped out of wall and crashed to the floor. Thankfully my 1yr & 3 yr old were not in the room. Best Buy provided zero support in this. Stay away!

Worst wall mount ever! This mount was sold to me at the same time of the tv. The tv has been on this mount for exactly 1 year without being touched, moved, etc. Randomly I hear a loud crash! I now have to buy a new tv and fix my wall.

This wall mount does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It feels sturdy and holds the TV securely. The full motion feature is nice for adjusting left and right, but I do wish it tilted up and down a bit more. Installation takes a little time, but overall it’s a solid option for the price.
