    All of the pieces were provided. The step by step instructions were easy to follow and it went up on the wall in less than 30 minutes. A very solid mount for our 55'" LG Smart TV.

    i got this at best buy and had the geek squad install it a nd hook up the new tv that i had purchased from best buy! i am moving and ordered the same unit to put in the new house and the geeks too >

    No one warns you on "how" to properly hang a tv. Check the DISTANCE of your studs BEFORE selecting a wall mount and thrn choose a wall mount that supports your size tv with 1 stud or 2 stds 16/24 (or whatever) inches apart

    I was pleasantly surprised with this BB brand mount. It holds a 65" LG G3 OLED evo to my wall just fine. Stout enough for an 85+".

    Just perfect for mounting our new Vizio TV to the wall in the TV room. Can't comment on actual installation, because we procured the services of the Geek Squad for installation, which made it completely painless :)

  • Great mount, difficult to mount and level

    Works really well but is a pain to mount/level. The arm is fully assembled into the back plate, so getting it up to the wall and mark the holes is next to impossible. They provide a paper guide, but it is on a sheet that is bigger than the guide and secondly it’s folded up in the box. Making that also impossible to use effectively. I spent a long time making precise measurements using a yard stick and a level to get it to hang level. I would suggest they provide a guide made of cardboard or card stock and not folded up.
