We're sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your TV to sit perfectly level, even though it's mounted correctly. That slight difference you notice can definitely be annoying. Some full-motion mounts have fine-tuning adjustments for leveling after installation. Have you checked if your mount has any small screws or mechanisms that allow for minor vertical adjustments?

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.[Employee of bestbuy] If you REALLY want a full motion mount, pony up for the rocketfish or sanus if you can afford it, because this one AINT IT CHIEF. Almost impossible to install by yourself because it's heavy as crap and also awkward to hold. Also its barely wide enough to reach two studs in most situations. And based on its weight and operation i wouldnt advise toggling it, even if you hit one stud. All of that is PRE installation, so lets talk about POST installation. Overall it is just a pain in the butt to move, unless you plan on corner mounting it and leaving it there, dont buy! It is very stiff to pull in and out and TUGGING violently on your tv is an easy way to break it. The price is cheap but its cheap for a reason, do yourself a favor and avoid this at all costs.
