    The price was great but I should have read the details and realized that "full motion" doesn’t mean that it tilts downward too. My TV is mounted high and downward tilting would have made for a better viewing angle. It would have cost a lot more too. That said, I would have bought one that did but it's too much trouble to switch now.

    Do not buy! As many others have mentioned, this unit is riddled with issues. And yes, it was the mount recommended to me when I purchased my new TV - a 77" Samsung OLED. The weight of the TV is not supported by the mount, and so tilts forward obnoxiously. No amount of tightening fixes the problem. Wasted 4 hours of my life trying to get it right, and will waste another 4+ uninstalling and reinstalling one that works.
