I waited all day for my delivery and even contacted best buy and asked if the monitor would be on time. I was told yes. Well, nobody showed, and they told me that I would get soon. Did not care about wasting my time . I canceled the order but now t he order says they have 10 days to deliver. If they don't then a refund will be issued. Well time for some reckoning. If I do not grant them access, they will never make it to my door. I will let them waste their time trying. Owe I am disputing the charge with the bank so I will have my money back within 48 hours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GOING TO BE NEXT BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO( NO MORE)COMPANY.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our mount is just over a month old, and no longer holds 75" TV vertical when retracted, but let's it sag forwards (2" difference between top and bottom of screen). Also, note that even when retracted, TV is about 7" off wall. Also stiff to manipulate. On the other hand, it's low price so you get less effective product than much more expensive options.

My TV guy said this one wouldn't work for want I needed. Not sure why but may had to do with the stud placement in the wall above fireplace.

Installation was scheduled for November 25th, but for some reason the scheduled installation was dropped from your system the evening before the scheduled installation! No explanation provided. Could not get a hold of the Geek Squad by phone for and explain!

The face of the mount had to be tightened to a fixed position due to the weight of the TV. But hey, $60.
