The face of the mount had to be tightened to a fixed position due to the weight of the TV. But hey, $60.

I did not realize upon ordering that it would not fit on a wall with 24" on center studs (completely my mistake, but I did not see that listed on the product description). Unfortunately the return window was incredibly short, (2 weeks from delicery date), and by the time I had a chance to attempt to hang my TV, it had passed, by 3 days. Customer service was not able to do anything, and any hope of a return is going to require an hour drive to the closest store. Unfortunate for me, but absolute terrible return policy, and I will be reconsidering making any future purchases from BestBuy.com

Its so large that it covers the entire area where most tvs put hdmi, lan etc and they are not accessible. You will likely end up having to adjust this in ways that aren't what you wouldnt prefer.

For some reason they decided to give me a stand that was for 45-80" They resolved the issue and it was great. But not going to say they did a good job when they clearly messed up initially

According to this mount, it could support my TV. Well it can BUT the weight and size of the TV causes the parts of the mount to sag and thus the TV is not level and is crooked. This mount might be good for a 50" TV or smaller but definitely not 65" and certainly not 84".

You cannot move it without risk damaging the TV. That’s on it. I wish that would’ve been in the reviews when I would’ve bought it. I never would’ve gotten it. it is way too stiff. Everything is super tight. The adjustment on there is great, but you can’t even move it. It is so tight horrible

It’s not worth it. It’s going back ASAP.

It is extremely heavy. I have seen other mounts much lighter and user-friendly than this. Unfortunately, I missed Best Buy's stingy 15-day return policy, so now either have to throw this away or find someone to give it to.
