Doesnt come with screws to fit the the back of my 77 S90c but luckily i had extras on hand that fit my tv. Great mobility once tv hooked.

This would have been a great but however parts were missing from the box that was shipped according to Geek Squad on the install. I was able to buy a mount off the truck and return this one with no questions asked.

It was difficult to mount, and no matter how many times I tried to level it, the TV still sits a little crooked.

Moubt is sturdy but the bottom screws meant to secure tv to the mount are not idea amd the metal they snap/crew to is flimsy. I have other mounts that are much more secure on the bottom. If you are going to be moving the tv around, I definitely would not recommend. So many better options in the same price range

Good price, but ended up having to return it because it interfered with the wall outlet, and it couldn’t be mounted centered on the wall between the wall studs.

Had some issues when mounting my TV. The Mount was given bent so we had to unbend it in order to have our television leveled the way we wanted.

Works decently well, but difficult to get level once tv is mounted. Some design/access flaws but good for the money in comparison to alternatives.

Mounting plate could be larger. It would have met my needs of the verticals distance was much larger top to bottom. Trying to mount 86” tv and backing plate mounting to the wall needed to have a bigger footprint.

I bought this mount for my 65" TV. Overall its not to bad. Doesn't hold the tv level very well especially if you have it offset.

[Employee of bestbuy] Security screw mechanism is flaw ..not a good full motion mount for any tv bigger then a 43 inch..its inexpensive but the Security screws bend when you try to move the tv ...the tv could fall off..the arms are too stiff to be moving the tv with ease

Fair. Not the best mount I've intalled. Stud mounted for a 70" LG (about 70 lbs.). (Don't know why they would give you drywall anchors - no way in heck that would even work!). Had a fixed mount before and it was a pain because you couldn't get to connections in the back, so wanted a mount where it can be pulled away from the wall a little. No problems actually installing it. Moving the TV around, it sure wobbles a lot! Just doesn't feel very secure. Way too much "play" at the tilt/swivel axis point. Good thing is I won't need to move it around much. Moving it around is a bit un-nerving. It'll do, but it probably works better for a smaller/lighter TV.

Must line up exactly with stuff. If it doesn’t then you must have super large anchors specifically for this. Those don’t come with it. We had to return one fo the 2 we bought and get the one with the security bar behind it.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Best Buy. I was told a specific TV mount would work, so I purchased it. But when the installers arrived, they said I had to pay an extra $170 to buy a different one. Since I don’t have a car and the mount was heavy, returning it was a nightmare—FedEx was the only option, with no alternative like UPS or a return pickup. This whole situation was frustrating and felt unfair. I won’t be shopping at Best Buy again.

55’ installation…to mount the hardware was no issue ,however installing the tvon the hardware was not as smooth but with two people you shouzld be fine

The bottom screws that are supposed to hold tight on to the TV from the bottom are not doing their job. The TV can still move horizontally if pushed.

It’s sturdy and good quality material. However the newer thinner tvs are harder to mover back and forth without worry about breaking the tv.

I bought this with the intention of rotating my tv, to view from the living room and our dinning room, but the mount has been a little stiff to move. Hopefully it’ll loosen up with time.

I actually returned this item because I felt that this wasn't going to be a good fit. I changed my mind before opening the box.

I like the bracket, it is expensive but very practical. The mounting was easy to use but would like more flexibility for the price range.
