Missing key components

Key sign to be wary as such it was missing both of the actual tv mounting bars. Contacted support tech, who were great in helping to try and resolve this particular issue, and after a few minutes of waiting they explained that they would be emailing the people who are expected to be delivering the actual tv to include a new and complete mount. We shall wait and see.....

But all I can say now is that Best Buy ties up your money and time makes promises, doesn't deliver and then calls you a million times for stuff you don't care about. I've contacted support more than 5 times and stopped into a physical location and no one can help me. I spent a good chunk of change -- bought 4 tvs and 4 mounts (for a security system) and the TVs are just sitting in a corner taking up space -- waiting for these mounts to some day be delivered -- they have been 'on their way' for months and no one can help me. Chargeback time and I will NEVER shop best buy again. Complete waste of time and money.
