It did not come with the correct VESA screws for this tv. It requires a M8x30mm while this only offers M8x25mm and M8x50mm and did not offer enough spacers to make the M8x50 work. I made it work with additional spacer from a spare set from a previous mounting kit. Once mounted, the TV would not stay level or untilted. The two bolts for leveling/tilt would not keep the tv stationary no matter the tightness.

Missing parts

We purchased this and it is missing the 2 brackets that mount to the TV. I already had the bracket installed to the wall, when I talked to Best Buy they told me that I had to return all of the items and get a new unit. This seems very difficult as opposed to just shipping the 2 brackets.

Was promised it would be delivered on a certain date. Made arrangements to have it installed. When the delivery was a day late and I had to pay an installation company a cancellation fee, Best Buy did nothing to be of assistance.
