We had to return it and get something else. The price was good and the mount might have worked fine but for the missing parts.

I have been having a membership with best buy for a couple of years now. It was helpul with my security cameras but ither than that, it doesn't work for anything else. I consider it is not fair that I pay a expensive membership a year for warranty and services from Best Buy and they still got the nerve to charge that much money for installation on that tv mount. A complete disappointment and frustration.
