Geek squad installed this product professionally and timely

Very sturdy mount. I'm Using it to hold a 55" TV. Swivels with ease.

This is surprisingly heavy duty and sturdy for my new 70 inche tv.

TV doesn't fall down, so I think it's good. Recommended

Relatively easy to install the mount itself, but poor construction quality of the faceplate you attach the TV to. No matter how we attached the arms on the back of the TV, the TV would not level on the z-axis (think of putting all five of your fingers on the face of your TV and spinning your wrist). The right side of the TV was always higher or lower than the left side. Upon removing the TV and inspecting the face plate at the end of the retractable arm of the wall mount we realized the factory had installed the face plate crooked with a z-axis tilt. After removing 3 of the 4 faceplate bolts and reattaching it correctly and leveled, only then would the TV itself level once mounted to the faceplate. A minor frustration, but more annoying than it should have been. Also, don't trust the included template printout in the box when you're measuring and marking holes in your wall studs. It's not accurate to the dimensions of the actual wall mount hardware itself. We hung the TCL - 65" Class Q6 Q-Class 4K QLED HDR Smart TV with Google TV on this mount. It does what it's supposed to do, but if I had to do this again, I would have paid a little extra for a better constructed product that I didn't have to fix myself.

This is a quality mount. Our previous one lasted 8+ years and we only purchased a new one for a larger tv

Nice bracket but doesn’t hold an 82 inch TV well. You will definitely need something stronger if you have anything 80 inches or more.

Works as needed. A little difficult to reposition with 70” tv - the support in the back is what causes this

Way less cost than most other options and it works well.

Okay mount in order to get the full range of motion. It’s tough to position, but once in place it looks great.

Easy setup feels secure. A little loose wiggle but yet to try tightening the hinges. Might fix the problem.
