Works very well for tilting the tv up and down and side to side. The best part is that the tv lifts on and off of it so easily. We bought another one for our barn so that we could lift the tv off of the one on the patio and put it on the one in the barn without any problems!

Comes with all the hardware you will need and then some. Also comes with a small level for when mounting the bracket you can keep things looking straight.for the price this is an excellent mount.
