It would have been a good mount had it been the correct size for the wall plate. The wall plate itself is about 16inches wide, the studs in my wall were 2ft apart and so while this mount was okay in the range of motion and had all of the necessary screws, washers, spacers, etc. It wasn't wide enough.

Low cost plasma tv mount

This is the second one I’ve installed in the last two weeks. Works great - only negative is that once it’s on the wall there is limited space to adjust the tilt angle.

Thought of almost everything.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thought about just about everything on this rack system… Expect that most studs in the center of a wall are at the center. So in order to install the TV in the Center of that wall, I had to cut and plane 2x4’s wide enough to lag into three studs and then mount the rack to the 2x4’s. Wished the rack would have been wider. But, works well, just don’t look behind the TV to see the 2x4’s. Won’t have this problem if you have standard stud spacing and don’t plan on centering the TV on the wall.
