Beefy wall mount

I was drawn to this wall mount mainly because of its built: it looks sturdy while using premium materials. However, after installing I’m running into two issues. Because of the position of my studs above a fireplace, I had to mount the bracket off-centered and this has resulting in making the tv mount not leveled. I’ve tried fixing this to no avail. The second issue e is that the tv is tilted forward. I have not been able to fix either yet.
