||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was pretty simple to install, but the biggest issue is that it’s almost impossible to reposition the TV, and there are screws that I believe are to secure the position of the TV once it’s actually placed on the wall, but ours bent immediately. Due to the set up of our living room, to comfortably watch the TV from the couch we need it angled, but it’s so heavy and not secured that I can’t move it to be against the wall when we aren’t watching it. I’m afraid to mess with it because the TV will slide off the mount.

Contacted Hisense Customer Service or should I say lack of support, to simply claim warranty replacement. Hisense sent a local repair technician out to review the TV. The Tech informed me that Hisense was claiming the issue was caused by physical damage even though the tech could not find any proof of physical damage. I argued how could they claim physical damage without even opening the TV?!? Where is the burden of proof and standing behind your product?!? This concept is completely foreign to @Hisense!! Told me sorry about your luck and refused to replace the TV and uphold there 2 year warranty, not to mention this TV has a 4 year warranty from manufacturer. Useless since @Hisense does not stand behind their product! Tech informed me the cost of repairs would be greater than just buying a new TV, but I'll spend a little more money to buy from a company that appreciates their customers and stands behind the product they produce!

Stiff Wall Mount
