Almost purchased one at another retailer and even one here that was priced significantly higher. But this is exactly what you need. The bolts need to be loosened slightly as they come tightened (cant really move smoothly). Other than that, its what you need. Dont purchase the higher price one

It works flawlessly with the swivel arm, and it is rated for up to an 84" TV. Only issue I had was with the included screws and tighteners. I used my own because the quality didn't feel that great. Apart from that, the arm itself is amazing- especially when compared to other mounts in the higher price ranges.
