||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV burnt a black band from top to bottom on right hand side of the TV after only 13 months of light use. Contacted Hisense Customer Service or should I say lack of support, to simply claim warranty replacement. Hisense sent a local repair technician out to review the TV. The Tech informed me that Hisense was claiming the issue was caused by physical damage even though the tech could not find any proof of physical damage. I argued how could they claim physical damage without even opening the TV?!? Where is the burden of proof and standing behind your product?!? This concept is completely foreign to @Hisense!! Told me sorry about your luck and refused to replace the TV and uphold there 2 year warranty, not to mention this TV has a 4 year warranty from manufacturer. Useless since @Hisense does not stand behind their product! Tech informed me the cost of repairs would be greater than just buying a new TV, but I'll spend a little more money to buy from a company that appreciates their customers and stands behind the product they produce!

However, it is not pretty when viewed from the side because it sticks out pretty far from the wall. It looks fine from the front, but not from the side.
