It's a difficult product to install based on how bulky it is. My biggest complaint is the screw on the mounting brackets that's supposed to hold the TV in place and prevent it from sliding side to side. It doesn't work.....at all. The metal tab that it's screwed into is so flimsy that when it makes a connection to the mount, it bends. You can't get the screw tight enough to prevent the TV from moving when you pull it out from the wall or turn it. The entire TV slides whichever way you turn. Very poor materials used in this.

Be carfule with the 2 screws that lock the tv in place once mounted. They can bend out of place. make sure they are touching the mount.

It wobbles and sticks out from the wall to far and the top of the tv leans forward to much for my liking
