Can be adjusted with tv in it with one person but easier/ quicker with two people. We are using this outside on our exterior wall.

Great affordable easy to install mount.

It seems sturdy enough, like any other mount it has some release locks so you can tip it out of the track to take it down which also makes for an easier installation. It also slides side to side, juuust in case your studs dont line up to where you want the tv (like mine).

It moves in and out freely, but holds the position you want easily. I would compare it to a more expensive mount. Template makes it super simple. No worries if your not 100% level, it is adjustable to make it just right. Quick tip...loosen the bolts that extended it out. A little bit will make it easier to move the TV around without putting stress on the TV from pulling on it.
