    It seems to be made for smaller screens under 65” maybe. To me it doesn’t feel as solid for 70-75” screens the bracket feels shaky a bit.

    I recently had an awful experience with BestBuy’s delivery service that left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a large appliance from BestBuy, and when it finally arrived, I was shocked to find it damaged. The packaging was torn, and the product itself had noticeable dents and scratches. It was clear that the delivery team had handled the item carelessly, with no regard for the condition in which it arrived. The delivery crew was completely unprofessional. They seemed rushed and uninterested in making sure the product was delivered safely. When I pointed out the damage, they shrugged it off and left without offering any solution or assistance. Their attitude made it clear that they were more interested in finishing their job quickly than ensuring customer satisfaction. I immediately called BestBuy’s customer service to report the issue, and the experience was infuriating. I was bounced between representatives, placed on hold for long periods, and given the runaround with no clear resolution in sight. Despite the obvious damage, I was told I’d have to wait several days for someone to inspect the product, leaving me with a damaged item and no compensation. It’s now been seven months, and I’m still juggling with BestBuy’s customer service. Despite countless calls and follow-ups, I have received no support or resolution to date. Every time I contact them, I’m met with empty promises and more delays. BestBuy’s delivery service is a complete disaster. Not only was my product severely damaged during delivery, but the lack of concern and support from their customer service team has made the situation even worse. I expected much better from a company of this size and reputation. After this experience, I will never order from BestBuy again. I urge anyone considering a purchase from BestBuy to think twice. The risk of damaged products and nonexistent customer support is simply not worth it. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
