After several calls to Best Buy customer service and a visit to the Cobb Parkway store with the original box, the only resolution they could offer was to SELL me some screws from the store to complete the installation. As a loyal long-term Best Buy cardholder and customer, I feel like the worst-case scenario would have been to open a box and give me a pack of screws from one of the other boxes which is apparently what someone did with mine. I certainly wasn't asking for a refund. Nonethless, make sure to check your box for all the pieces.
