I contacted Best Buy to get replacements, but they were no help. The agent kept telling me I was beyond the 30 day return period even though I was not looking to return the item. Unfortunately, this was the first chance I had to install the mount I purchased a month ago. Buyer beware and check the parts right away.

Need a good drill

There is no mention of supported stud spacing. For the uninitiated there is no knowledge of the fact that your house has 24" soacing rather than 16" spacing. Every other TV wall mount I have ever purchased (over a dozen) and installed myself jas supported 24" stud spacing.

When we did and realized it did not work, we could not return because your return policy only allows for a 15 day return period. That is much shorter than the market. I will begin shopping at a store with a better return policy.
