No matter how tight you make the 4 bolts that adjust levelness, it moves quarter inch... Save yourself some time and sanity, buy something good. You should have a little shame best buy for selling something like this with your name on it. I used to think of you wanted the best you really did go to best buy.

Very disappointed in this mount.

The next day Geek Squad arrives to install and this model wall mount has faulty lag screws! Have to reschedule TWO tv installations with a week long wait and I’m fit to be tied!!! Save your sanity and buy a better brand.

I have a 2 by 4 under the tv to keep it from tipping on its face until I can replace the mount. Terribly disappointed as I had to wait a month for installation and the mount doesn't work.

This is trash and it’s very weak.

Should not be called "Best Buy Essentials". Bought 82" TV (samsung, awesome!)... but the Geek squad installer said it was a piece of junk... and there was a risk it might not support the TV it was paired with. Had a handyman put in added bolts and still very wobbly... DO NOT BUY

Fits 16" studs ONLY - not adjustable

Depending on where you mount it and when your house was built, your studs may be 24" on center (24" apart). Ive mounted multiple other tvs and the mounting hardware was adjustable. Either measure before buying or get something else

Some of the other mounts at the same price are much better with a much better locking mechanism. I’d return but already attached to wall.
