Extremely hard to swivel

Even after loosening where it said to losen, the swivel from left to right was hard. So hard that it started to pull the stud in my wall forward and my paint started chipping and the nails started bulging up through the walls. ! I was so upset! I don’t move it around anymore.

Does not fit VESA size 200x200

Even though that is an approved size within in its specifications. Biggest reason for 1 star is the time I’m gonna waste driving to the store to return and replace
