Fully rotates and overall does a great job with my 75" screen. I love that it folds as flat as it does because I don't have a lot of room between my TV and couch in the space where this is set up. Great purchase and the best mount I've had for any TV yet. So glad I bought a 2nd one for my bedroom. I was able to install this myself, in 30-45 mins with very little trouble. This was the first time that I personally installed a TV mount on my own so I was a bit nervous but the directions and included template made it easier than I anticipated. I would recommend 2 people for the job though. I mean, if you've got the help, use it!

What a Bargain!

The tv will adjust any direction except upside down. It’s stable and sturdy. What a bargain!
