I thought the range of motion would be a bit better, as it only goes side to side and doesn't pull out as much as I expected, but that could user error. Definitely get this one instead of the ones that are triple the price, because I have those too and they're no different.

I got it because with previous TVs mounted to the wall, I couldn’t get BEHIND the TV (which was a problem when calling the TV manufacturer for assistance and they’d tell me to plug something in the back of the TV or check something in the back—I couldn’t because it was tight to the wall). I was worried how far this might stick out from the wall, but it’s only a few inches and doesn’t look bad at all.

The very edges are what you need unless you have a brick wall. It’s easy to install as long as you have a good stud finder. I put a whole 65” LED on it, not like it goes on in pieces!
