The last two nuts used to hold the tv to wall bracket are not good. As soon as I get a chance I will be changing these out for a regular nut and locking washer.

I couldn't make them work even with the spacers, so I had to buy my own. Not really a big deal to me, I'm still very happy with it. Holds my 32" TV like it's nothing!

Looking at the pictures you get a better idea versus the directions the directions are just not helpful at all

I would highly recommend it. I have it holding my 43 inch Sony TV. It is very sturdy even with the arm, extended way out to the side.
