Unfortunately I waited till the last min to install my tv thinking everything was there but come to find I was missing the screws to the tv mounting and my return date was past due.

I had mine setup with about 40lbs of hardware (tv 25, sound bar + hardware give or take 14lbs) First thing I noticed right away within a few days that the mount drooped. I didn’t have anything break off but honestly with these it’s not worth the risk. My friend ended up telling me he bought the same mount (after having seen mine) and his actually FELL OFF HIS WALL. He mounted it into a stud (he previously worked construction) and somehow it still came out. His setup had less weight than mine. I’d recommend getting one that doesn’t have such a small footprint connecting to the wall. I ended up purchasing one that’s still a single pivoting arm, but has a much larger frame on the back mounted to two studs. New one is rated for 100lbs (not that i’d bet on putting anything close to that) but at less than have the rated weight I feel much safer. I’m past my return period for this (I guess everything outside of electronics is 14 days now here?) so I’m stuck with what I’d basically consider a defective mount. I may still try to return it but honestly I don’t expect Best Buy to be cooperative.

Great price though.
