    Purchased this to a hang a 40-inch Pioneer TV. Comes with instructions, wall template, hardware and tools needed to install bracket to wall and TV, including a small Level. No issues two weeks later.

    Good mount. Only problem was that the mount blocked the USB port on the LG TV/ that I needed for Roku. The Geek Squad member didn't have 90 degree connectors, so I got these online and installed the Roku stick myself.
